It was so fun to have my sister in town last week. 

We ate a lot, hung out with friends, saw family in Portland, went on a Father's Day hike with dad, played some Fruit Ninja and I loved every second. Already counting down to her next visit.

The sun has been amazing in Oregon the last few weeks. I'm ready for summer now. Summer is going to be filled with so many fun things, first up is a week of camp, then a Southern California vacation, a wedding, hopefully a few weekend trips to Portland, Bend, the Oregon Coast, lots of BBQ's, all the fun stuff.

I can't wear distressed denim to work so I wear these, I have them in at least 4 colors.

It's been busy over here, but I had a free weekend so I finally got a chance to blog a bit. 

I love that the weather is slowly getting warmer and we are having more sunny days. 

Speaking of warm and sunny days, Jeff and I booked a trip to Southern California this summer! 

I can't wait to soak up the sun in LA and Palm Springs. I have a laundry list of places I want to go, but I always love suggestions.

Flares are back! 

I was talking to two of my best friends last night in a group text and I had to break it to them that flares are back. They didn't seem excited but I'm sure they'll come around to it. It won't be like the mid 2000's where we only wore flares, they're just in addition to our faithful skinny jeans and boyfriend jeans, not replacing anything. 

I've got my eye on a pair from Madewell. I'm really loving the 70's right now. 

Also, what is that sun spot in some of my photos? 

Jeff thinks it looks like a bird. I can't unsee it.
