I always had so much fun throwing parties at my parent's house in high school. Liz was always my partner in crime (meaning my parents were always home and we loved it). We had a black and white party, tie dye party, valentine's day party, and probably a few others. I started having an annual Hanukkah Party about 6 years ago. I'll be sure to blog about that in December.
It was so much fun watching and helping Kate get ready for her party. Having my close friends, Liz, Meg, and Jordan there, we couldn't help but reminisce about how much fun we had in high school. I love watching Kate enjoy it as well. One of my favorite parts was seeing Kate fly around to everyone, making sure we were all having fun. There were a lot of great nails, outfits, and black and gold accessories!
ps. you might not be surprised to know I suggested the theme of black & gold. I've been wanting to have a black & gold party for a while now so when kate asked me for a theme idea, it was a gut reaction to suggest it! My mom said it was a great way to kick off the holiday season with some sparkles!
Such a cute idea! I love the black & gold [obviously, who doesn't?]! You two are such cute sisters, I can't handle it!
ReplyDeleteI just love your lipstick color in these photos! Could you tell me where it's from?
ReplyDeleteThanks! It is Fuschia Fever from Maybelline, I wear it almost every day!
